Itinerary:

Day 1 Arrive in Beijing

Depart on your flight bound for Beijing, the capital of People's Republic of China. Upon your arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel.

Day 2 Beijing

Full-day tour will begin at the magnificent Forbidden City, home to emperors for over 500-years, you will get the chance to stroll through Tiananmen Square. In the afternoon, you will attend an interesting lecture given by traditional Chinese medicine professor. This evening, you are invited to an authentic Peking duck banquet.

Day 3 Beijing

A full-day tour will take in the grandeur of the Eighth Wonder of the World, the Great Wall, built more than 2000 years ago to protect China from northern invaders. On the way back to Beijing stop and visit the sacred Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors of Ming Dynasty were buried. Enjoy the relaxing foot reflexology in the evening.

Day 4 Beijing

Today you will admire the beauty of the Temple of Heaven and witness the splendor of the Summer Palace. After a wonderful tea ceremony and a healthy Chinese Herbal Medicated dinner, you will be invited to enjoy a traditional Kung Fu performance.

Day 5 Beijing / Hangzhou

Fly to Hangzhou today, known as the Oriental Pearl, arrival and visit the Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum. Check into your hotel tonight.

Day 6 Hangzhou

After a Taiji (shadow boxing) class in the morning, you will enjoy a relaxing cruise tour on the most famous West Lake, and then visit the Lingyin Temple. In the afternoon visit the Lingyin Temple, also called Temple of the Soul's Retreat, which is one of the most famous ancient Buddhist temples in China.

Day 7 – 8 Hangzhou

After a Taiji (shadow boxing) class in the morning, you will attend our traditional Chinese Medicine training program.

Day 9 Hangzhou / Shanghai

Continue to travel to Shanghai, the biggest and commercial centre of China. In the afternoon, visit Yu Garden and the famous Bund. Yuyuan Garden is a famous classical garden located in Anren Jie, Shanghai. The true treasure of Yuyuan Garden is the Exquisite Jade Rock. The most visible reminder of Shanghai's colonial heritage, the Bund attracts millions of visitors from home and abroad each year.

Day 10 Shanghai / Suzhou / Shanghai

Full-day excursion to Suzhou, the hometown of traditional Chinese gardens, you will visit the beautiful garden surrounded by the plants, bonsai and rocks in unique shape. A farewell dinner will be arranged on night cruise over the neon-lit Huangpu River.

Day 11 Shanghai

Morning tour to the magnificent Shanghai History Museum and Children's Palace, enjoy the leisure time in the afternoon for shopping or other arrangements. The Shanghai History Museum, located just below the Oriental TV Tower at Pudong New Area. There are three major exhibition units reflecting Shanghai's history, modern and recent revolutionary history.

Day 13 Depart

Today you will be transferred to the airport for your homeward flight and complete the most interesting China Traditional Medicine Tours.
