Zhangjiajie Shopping

Honey Orange

Honey oranges grow on both banks of Wulingyuan, Suoxi and the area of Jiuxi and Jiangya nearby Wulingyuan. When mature, a single honey orange may weigh 400 grams and is sweet and tasty.

Kiwi Fruit

The kiwi fruit (yangtao) is grown in the three big scenic areas of Tianzi Mountain, Zhangjiajie and Bobozhuxi Valley. There are more than 20 kiwi fruit species, including Chinese kiwi fruit, wool flower kiwi fruit and grass blade kiwi fruit.

Tujia Brocade

Also called Xilan Kapp, this handicraft races its history to the Qin and Han dynasties. It is celebrated for its exquisite workmanship, vivid figures, and rich local details.

The moire stone is a special product from the Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area. It has various shapes such as square, prism, fish scale, peach blossom shape, bamboo leaf and so on. Moire stone carving is exquisite, vivid and realistic.

Qingyan Green Tea

Qingyan green tea comes from a precious flower of Wulingyuan and is one of the most famous teas countrywide. The tea leaf has a beautiful shape with smooth curves and a white coloration. The taste is fragrant, pure and sweet.
