Dalian Labor Park

Dalian Labor Park Located in the center, Labor Park is the biggest park in Dalain covers an area of 560,000 square meters. The architecture combines western style with Chinese traditional exquisite style. Located in the shadow of Lushan Mountain, this park has close ties with China's history. After liberation took place more than 100 years ago the local citizenry restored the park's beauty and erected a monument with the words--Work Create World carved into it. Since then, it has been recognized as Labor Park. A massive lawn lined with more 300,000 flowers is the park's centerpiece. There is also a large well-equipped amusement zone, a game farm full of peacocks, deer, and cranes, a lotus pond and the famous red-and-white soccer ball sculpture that acknowledges Dalian as China's "football town."

Situated on the top of the Green Mountain south of Labour Park, the TV Tower is 190m high, and 360m above sea level. It has a vessel-shaped tower base of 2 stories. Its upper "Colorful Cloud Hall" can hold 600 people viewing sights at a time. This is one of the must place for visitors to Dalian.
