Xifeng Hot Spring

The Xifeng Hot Spring is located to the northeast of Xifeng County, Anshun city. It is a well-known scenic spot in southwest China for its undulating hills, beautiful rivers, wonderful scenery and hot springs. The hot springs flow from three mouths at a temperature between 53ºC and 56ºC and with a water capacity of over 1,000 tons per day. The pure and crystal-dear springs contain various kinds of natural elements including lime, radon, calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium, among which radon is abundant and of great value for medical treatment. It is not only good for drinking and bathing, but is possessed of special effects for many diseases, for instance, chronic arthritis, pain in the back and loins, lead, mercury and manganese poisoning, etc. Now a sanatorium has been built there.
