Yangshuo Transportation

By Air
Most travelers arrive via Guilin, 65 kilometers from Yangshuo and the largest city in Guangxi province with an airport that connects with many larger cities. It takes about one hour to drive from Guilin to Yangshuo. After you arrive by air in Guilin, you can take a shuttle to the train station and then connect to Yangshuo. Many Yangshuo hotels can also organize a pick up at the airport.

By Train
There are two train stations in Guilin, the south station and the north station. The south station is much more convenient for travelers. There are also many buses at south station that leave every 10 minutes for Yangshuo.

By Boat
It is possible to book a river cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo. Most are package tours but you could negotiate going one-way to Yangshuo. The trip is about 5 hours
