Itinerary

Meet your guide at your hotel lobby and take private car transfer to the first destination- Tongli water town. Tongli is an age-old but very well preserved water township with a history of more than 1,000 years. True to its reputation, Tongli is a really wonderful travel destination where you can spend a marvelous holiday or experience traditional Chinese culture.

After lunch, take our private car and drive to Suzhou. Then you will visit the Suzhou Museum. It was designed by world famous architect I.M.Pei and construction was completed in October 2006.  The museum is packed with jade, porcelain and bronze. There are also exhibits featuring calligraphy, Buddhist relics, antique furniture and more.

After the museum tour, you will walk a few minutes to the Humble Administrator’s Garden. This garden is the largest and most renowned one among gardens in Suzhou. It is listed as a World Cultural Heritage site and has also been designated as one of the Cultural Relics of National Importance under the Protection of the State as well as a Special Tourist Attraction of China.

In the late afternoon, take private transfer back to your hotel.
