Beijing tour was excellent.

Kings Joy hotel location was very good and hotel staff prompt in acting on complaints like spray of air freshener because of smoking smell in room.

Guide Tristan was excellent. He recommended Acrobatics show which was very good. He stay back late and take us on subway train and buy his own ticket.

At airport he call me to reassure he is waiting. At train station he guide us on waiting room. He also guide very well on local shopping. His commentary of tour attractions like Great Wall, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven all very good. Choice of local lunch on both days also excellent. Didnt get worried about cycling tour and never rushed us. Always polite and friendly.
