First of all I'd like to thank you for all of your time helping me prepare and plan this trip from earlier this year. I just wanted to first let you know that I made it to Hong Kong and the Rosedale hotel just fine. There is one thing that I promised myself that I'd mention, There was a guide during this trip that was exceptional.

For starters Arron Liu was an exceptional outstanding tour guide, he showed concern,professionalism and he made me feel like my every need was important. Specifically, Aaron did an exceptional job explaining everything in great detail and was very knowledgeable about the history about every thing we visited Guanlin temple on October 15th it was raining, We only had one umbrella I insisted that me and Aaron walk together using the same umbrella, at times Aaron refused insisting that I keep the umbrella insisting that I don't get wet and not to worry about him. Also Aaron spent the whole day with me from about 9AM in the morning until after 10pm at night when the Shaolin Zen music festival ended also it was raining and cold, I didn't have exact change to pay to rent the raincoat, Aaron insisted that he pay and not to worry about it even at the time he was not feeling we'll himself. He took every picture of me that I asked without complaint, Also when we visited the Longmen caves Arron insisted that we visit another portion as we we're leaving, a tomb of a former Chinese poet whose name I cannot remember, It would have been easier for Aaron to just leave as we finished our tour of the Longmen caves but he offered to do this because he understood that this might be my only time in China because it's not easy to save the money or the vacation time from work so this may be a once in a lifetime experience for me. I made sure when everything was done to leave Aaron a slightly better tip, He went above and beyond what he needed to do and in my opinion is an exceptional tour guide who represents your company with the dignity and respect it deserves.

On the whole all of your guides we're very professional, Amy and Nancy we're also pleasant, Nancy even paid her way into the Xi'an bell tower because they wouldn't let guides in if the location was not listed in the itinerary. She didn't have to do this, her service was also exceptional as we'll as Amy's.
