We were very happy with our China Connection Tours Private tour experience 5 years ago to show us Beijing and Shanghai so didn’t hesitate to get them to arrange our tour again this year. Top of our list was Zhangjiajie which was absolutely amazing to experience! We also visited Xian to see the Terracotta Warriors and Chengdu to see the pandas.
We had a issue with our Yangtze River Cruise when the Victoria line evidently overbooked their cruise. We were very well looked after with a complimentary tour of Chongqing and hot pot lunch while things were sorted out and were then booked onto the Century Paragon and upgraded to an Executive Cabin so were extremely happy with this solution and would highly recommend this beautiful boat. Jason did an excellent job of keeping us informed of everything and touched base with us during our tour.
We also enjoyed a day trip to the ancient water town Nanxun from Shanghai.
We loved our private 14 day tour with comfortable cars, great drivers and helpful and experienced guides. This is the only way to see China!
