We made our own reservation for the flight to China and hotels they did the rest.
Airport pick up, daily plans, internal transportation and transportation back to the airport.
Jadon lu was very responsive when we made a change in Shanghai and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
This trip was was 2 grandparents and a 13 year old grandson. We all had a great time.
