I had visited China on a 7 night 8 day package

THE PLACES COVERED WERE bEJING, XIAN , AND SHANGHAI.

On searching the net I came across the tour operator

I started correspondence with them and my one point contact was Miss Naomi

I was extremely satisfied with Naomi's prompt and reply to my queries

What I liked was that i did not have much communication problem in the hotel as Naomi had left message at the hotel staff giving details of the next day’s pickup time , and contact details of the driver who was to take us on our tour.

Also Naomi had no problem at all when I called her on a Sunday in connection with some tour clarification

I am very happy both with Naomi and also the tour Company for their professional approach and attitude.
