I found china connection tours in the internet together with many other travel agencies but CCT proved to be the most competitive in price and itinerary. Emailed them and had a quick response from Zoe. She is amazing with excellent English communication skills and prompt attention to our concerns. We are traveling together with my 88 year old grandmother and she anticipated that we would need more comfortable seats for the train ride thus arranged our family first class seats. Our hotel in Putuoshan (Putuoshan Rising Hotel) was also great! with free wifi, comfy beds, clean rooms and just near the ferry dock and the bus terminal. Our guide Richie also has good english skills and provided us with useful information about the place. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in every way and we are impressed! His choice of restaurant was also nice and just near our hotel. Our tour package included only breakfast and so we needed advice on where to dine for lunch and dinner. We invited Richie to join us and so we were entertained by his inputs about the chinese culture and how we should appropriately call ladies and gentlemen in china. Everything was as planned. We definitely had fun and I don't have anything but good words for China Connection tours. If you're planning to go to china, this travel agency is highly recommended. Good job guys.
