I would like to inform you that we were very pleased with our tour guide May. She was very friendly and helpful during our tour. She made us feel comfortable and even adjusted our itinerary so we can enjoy our tour even more. Since it was our first time in Harbin, she gave us some tips on other places to visit and food to try during our stay. She was very polite in making suggestions and we valued her insights because it greatly improved the quality of our stay at Harbin.
Our driver was also very helpful and pleasant. Although he cannot speak and understand English, he was quick in sensing and anticipating our needs which we greatly appreciate.
All in all, your services are highly recommended and your staff are commendable. Attached are our pictures at Harbin and with our tour guide as well.
