1. Guide Service and Shops- We loved our guides, especially May in Beijing. She was very easy to talk to and ask questions about China and the sites. Bing in Xian was also extremely easy-going and very informative. The sites we visited were interesting and beautiful. The guides' historical information about each site was greatly appreciated. We didn't feel rushed at all.
2. Driver Service and Vehicle All of the drivers were very professional and courteous. They were very familiar with the areas and they handled the frequent high traffic areas with great professionalism. It was great to be picked up and dropped off at the front door of each hotel and picked up in front of each site we visited.
3. Meals-The food was fantastic. All of the restaurants served food quickly and there was plenty for all of us. They also kindly accommodated our request for "chicken free" meals due to our concern of bird flu.
4. Hotels-The hotels were beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of all of them. Everything was very clean, convenient and affordable.
