This email is to follow up with you now that we have returned from our trip to China, and the 3-day private tour you organized for us in Beijing April 20/21/22.

Specifically this is to inform you that our tour guide, Michael Hu, was excellent beyond our expectations and due to his hard work and positive attitude the 3 days was the highlight of our entire time in China. Michael has an excellent knowledge of the history and culture in China and specifically the areas we visited in and around Beijing. We were a diverse group of thirteen people spanning three generations and ranging in age from eight to over sixty. Michael had the ability to interact professionally and personally with everyone, and we all were sorry to leave him at the end of the three days.

Please ensure that the individuals whom he works for directly are aware of how well he does his job, and also how well he represents his country and fellow citizens. He is a credit to your industry.
