I hope your fine and well. I am just emailing to say we had a wonderful time in China, my parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay. I have and answered your questions below.

1) Both Amanda and Lilly were very good they both spoke very good English and had in depth knowledge of the sites we visited. We did see some shops and brought some interesting items. I liked the silk shop and team shop in Beijing in particular.

2) Both drivers were excellent, vehicles were very clean, at ambient temperature and provided water at all times which was good.

3) All the meals we had were very good and we enjoyed them very much. The food was served and presented well. One thing I would add is the cost of the meal for the Beijing Duck was a little expensive, all though it was worth it.

4) The hotels in Beijing and Guilin were awesome in particular the one in Guilin. This is mainly due to its location, it was located a very short distance from shops so we could go out during the night and see the town. The hotel in Hong Kong was very small. It is because of its location we didn’t mind the hotel too much.

5) Yes I would definitely recommend your company, I think you have been excellent in arranging this tour. My parents were very happy with the tour and like I said they loved China. If I were to come back I would choose you again. I will send you some photos later today.
