We had a wonderful trip. 

Firstly all our guides were very good. 

Particularly Tiffany in Beijing and Tsering in Lhasa. Better than a couple of guides I had when I visited in April 2011. I believe it was so much better being in a small group as you learnt more. You could hear what the guide was telling us very easily. We could easily understand their English and they were very knowledgeable. 

All the drivers were excellent. 

The Shanghai driver was very happy and friendly. The vans were all in very good condition.

Tiffany took us to a restaurant in Beijing, near our accommodation, on the last day and it was excellent. Our best meal for the whole trip. It wasn't a tourist restaurant so we got some delicious authentic Chinese food. The lunch at the Terracotta Warriors was also very good and we enjoyed that. It was fun to see the noodles being made and the variety of dishes was great.

Accommodation

The Holiday Inn in Beijing was in a great location. We had a market nearby and some good places to eat , as was the case in Lhasa as well.

Trains

The train trips were a highlight as was Lhasa. The best train trip for us was the Lhasa – Xian trip. That train went onto Shanghai. The train with the soft sleepers was very good.

I would definitely recommend your company to family and friends. The trip was really good value. 

It was really nice to see you in Xian.
