Sorry for the late reply and thank you for a wonderful trip we had whilst in china. We were looked after wonderfully and would love to do it again someday.

I would love to answer your questions, please find my answers below.

1. Guide Service and Shops

In general, what did you think of our guide service?

The guide service is Beijing with Rock was great, he was very good at giving us information and knew the place really well. He was very flexible and was happy to let us stay a bit longer in a place or move on quicker if we were getting tired. In Xian the guide was very good and his knowledge was fantastic. 

Did the tour guides speak clearly and politely to make themselves understood? 

Yes they did, they all spoke English well

Did any guides stand out for reasons good or bad? 

As noted before, we would love to have Rock again.

How often did each guide arrange stops at souvenir shops or factories? 

We stopped off every day to a factory, we found the factories prices to be very expensive and never purchased from these.

2. Driver Service and Vehicle

How did you feel about our driver service? 

The drivers were great and very professional, the cars were big and we had enough room to move around inside.

Are they always polite to you? 

Yes they were always polite and kind.

3. Meals

What did you think of the meals arranged by us? 

Meals organized by you was fairly good, there was always a lot of food but it would have been nice to choose our own dishes rather than having someone choose for us.

Did you have any favorites? 

The first meal we had was a good one, the chicken and peanut was our favorite, we also loved the meal and all the dishes in the hutong, this was the best and would love to do it again

4. Hotels

How did you feel about the hotels we selected for you? 

The hotels were nice inside and all had a good breakfast. Beijing hotel was fairly located for us to reach everywhere we needed. Shanghai hotel was not in a good area but we were happy as it was close to the bund.
