Dear Cynthia,

I am writing to thank you and your company for the excellent service you proided to my family while touring parts of China in February.

As you know we were traveling with a 1 year old baby, which needs extra planning and can be difficult. You and our tour guides made traveling simple and easy; because of your reliability and excellent services. Our guided took us to supermarket to purchase baby needs that we required which was just part of their 'going out of their way for the customer', without any problem. 

The guides had excellent knowledge, good english and the tours were taylored to suit our interests and needs. The hotels were of good quality with high standards.

We had to change our tour dates at the last minute; you managed to co-ordinate trains, planes, hotels and tours. This was a huge job in itself but what made it even more difficult was that we were travelling during Chinese New Year. You did this in a cheerful profesional manner, for this I am very grateful.

I will highly recommend you and your company to others traveling in China. It was an excellent trip, well organized, all we had to do was enjoy.
