We had a wonderful time on our trip. We were so impressed with how smoothly it all ran. 

1. Guide Service and Shops

The guides were great. English was excellent. We felt very comfortable with each of them. Flora was amazing. As our flight was delayed from Yichang to Shanghai - she made sure that we had an enjoyable day and at ease. We where so thank you. Tristan in Beijing was great. As he was our first guide so we did not know what to expect. We really enjoyed the tours. However, we did feel misguided by him about tipping. We thought it best to ask him for some guidance as it was out first time. He advised us to tip the driver 400 RMB and him double plus more if we felt he did an exceptional job. So we paid the driver 400 and Tristan 800RMB. We were happy with his service but after tipping other guides during the trip a lot less than what we tipped Tristan and they where thankyou - so we felt that he took us for granted. That was the only complaint we had. Everyone else was great. Jessica in Gulin was terrific. 

2. Driver Service and Vehicle

How did you feel about our driver service? Was your tour vehicle clean and equipped with air-conditioners?

Drivers were great.... cars clean... they car in Beijing was a little small and the air conditioner not as good as the other vehicles we had. It was very hot in Beijing so maybe a van like the other vehicles might have felt better. 

3. Lunches and Dinners

What did you think of the lunches and dinners arranged by us? Did you have any favorites? Did you strongly dislike any particular meal? Why?

All terrific!!

4. Hotels

How did you feel about the hotels we selected for you? Which was your favorite? Were there any you wouldn’t recommend to other travelers? Why?

Awesome hotels.... each one was exceptional!!! I would recommend them all. 

5. Daily Bottled Water

We require our local partners to provide two bottles of mineral water for each guest every day. Did you receive and enjoy them?

I took over 600 photos.... I will go through them and put some up.
