We wanted to thank you for all the help you gave us in helping us arrange our recent trip to China. We had a lovely time; the trip was well organised and we received help whenever we needed it. 

Before going to China, we had heard about many nightmare stories about problems that can occur whilst travelling, such as problem hotel bookings; cancellation of airline trips; difficulty with guides; but travelling with the tour we had booked was fabulous. We didn’t have any such problems and when there was a flight cancelled, you were there to help out with accommodation etc. 

When we booked the trip, we appreciated the fact that you were readily available, either by phone or email – you answered our questions within 24 to 48 hours and gave us useful suggestions for the trip. 

We started in Shanghai and over 22 days travelled to different regions of China. We were given different guides in each region; and all the guides spoke English well. We appreciated the fact that we had regular contact with you through out our trip and it was good that you came to meet us when we were in Xian, arranging the meeting according to when we were free. 

We had fantastic guides in Shangai, Xian, Beijing and Chengde – they all took into account what we liked and tailored the daily trips to this. We found them extremely professional and the one in Chengde, Leo, was the best we’ve had in all the trips we’ve had.

The drivers and the cars we were provided with were excellent as well. The cars were all very comfortable and the drivers were safe, even in the very busy cities! We were very impressed with the convertible we were given in Beijing and loved the fact that our chauffeur there always came to pick us up in a suit and tie!

The sight seeing days that were arranged in each city was done at a very nice pace. The guides were good at gauging how much we would be able to see in a day and tailored the days very well. 

One suggestion that would have improved the otherwise excellent trip is that for the meals provided – the portions were very large, and we would have preferred smaller portions, but more choice, or flexibility in what we could order. The drinks were very limited – and if beer was provided, only a small glass was provided, despite the fact that the price of beer wasn’t too much. 

We will definitely recommend you to any of our friends and family when they decide to travel to China.
