I wanted to let you know what an outstanding job I thought you did with our recent group to Yunnan You were flexible where you needed to be flexible, and firm where you needed to stand your ground. We were not particularly easy (most groups aren’t!), but you were able to meet everyone’s needs with patience and good humor.

I never really got the chance to talk to you about your company. As you know, I am not a travel agent but have a marketing company specializing in Asia. Since I give seminars and write frequently about destinations in Asia, I sometimes get people coming to me who would like to do groups to area in which I specialize. 

I might like to work directly with someone in China who can deliver a superior product without the very expensive details. Are you interested?

The person I am talking to in the US is looking to put together a tour to Beijing, Shanghai and Kunming for autumn 2008 for a group of physicians.
