Hi Michael,

We want to thank you again for quite a memorable trip...Again! As with the last trip, this trip was amazing because of the incredible destinations, all the extra highlights, the special local cuisine you had arranged for us.... and most of all, all the details you took care of above and beyond expectations. You always head off any potential problems so they never become a big one and you go through much pain and suffering in silence so we don't have to worry about anything. Case in point is your foresight in packing a box lunch for us, getting us hot coffee, and arranging a private bus for us at Jiuzhaugou. This may not sound like much but at Jiuzhaugou, it speaks volumes! In short, you spoil us! Your "Not to worry!" are comforting words to all of us and when we're with you, we don't worry! 

Thank you for setting up our Japan portion as well. The Imperial Hotel was beautiful and to be able to stay at a Frank Lloyd Wright Hotel was indeed quite special. The local guide and driver took excellent care of us in helping us check into the hotel and when departing Narita, helped us check in at the airport. Everyone was very helpful and the service, impeccable. We enjoyed Tokyo very much! 

Brian (Baby Bin) was an excellent tour guide and took us through the department stores, a Kabuki show, the Mega web, a Temple, the War Memorial, the fish market, and of course an experience through the subway system and almost all the train lines.
