To your arrangement:

The connections were super; everywhere we went the guide showed up and was waiting for us. I was telling the experience to my colleagues. Everybody was impressed.

The guides are very, very good. Especially Simon in Kunming. 

He is knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. Chang, and Jesse from Lijiang and Kunming are good too. 

All in all we had a wonderful time. The driver from Dali to Lijiang was very good too. You did an excellent job in arranging, thanks again.

We are thinking about Silk Road next, but the plan is still premature.
