Xian 

Xian was a wonderful city to see though my eyes of our guide whose hometown we visited. Her enthusiasm and knowledge, in fact, breadth of knowledge made for a most wonderful visit.

History Museum---Tour guide & murals was outstanding!

Terra-cotta warriors Museum---tour guide & Tour outstanding!

Dinner at Dumpling Place---was fun & interesting!

Bicycle Ride on City Wall---was really fun!

Expert guides were excellent. Murals at Provincial Museum and expert guide were fascinating. Murals were exquisite. 

Picture at Terra-cotta Soldiers was excellent.

Mosque was beautiful.

Wild Goose Pagoda was excellent. 

Lacquer factory was excellent value & quality & demonstration.

Dunhuang

I found Dunhuang very enjoyable and fascinating. The camel ride was great fun and doing it late in the day was the way to do it.

Well planned tour of Dun Huang---appreciated having 5-star Hotel, Guide who spoke our language very well and was able to give complete history of the city---Especially liked the visit to private house.

Visit to local guide-Lilly's family was a very special experience. Having tea in their home and learning about her family life a prosperous fairness.

The guide at the Grotto's was exceptional! He was very easy to understand, proceed the tour nicely for our group, answered questions-over all very wonderful!

Lijiang

Wendy was enthusiastic about her city and culture. It was great to have a local guide from the Naxi minority nationality. The restaurant in the old city was wonderful. And also, April was very patient, helpful and thorough in checking for an alternate flight to give us more time in Lijiang. We appreciate her explanation of the options and advice to stay with the original itinerary.

Kunming

The minority museum was more interesting than I thought it would be-I enjoyed the costumes. 

The foot reflexology was very enjoyable. Dean was very enthusiastic about his city.

The scenery on the Li River was beautiful. The river cruise was very pleasant and relaxing. Oscar's explanation of the rock formations was interesting.
